Sammy Kim is from Seoul, South Korea and has been frequently moving back and forth from the U.S. growing up until he found his position at Empire Entertainment. He has been focusing in business development and event production within a variety of industry sectors including electronics, startups, media, and global corporations and has worked closely with companies such as Samsung, PepsiCo, Spotify, Webby Awards, Casper, Kumho Tire, as well as Korean advertisement and government agencies. Outside of Empire, he continues to produce his own events as a DJ and a promoter for dance parties and concerts in New York City. With this experience he specializes in booking, producing, and handling logistics for live performances of various talent including major headliners, emerging artists, and electronic musicians. He also curates all background music for Empire events.
