Action Entertains its Clients with a Night of Classic New Orleans Music & Food

​Action Carting treated their customers and investors to a night of "BAM!" at Emeril's flagship restaurant in New Orleans. Guests were treated to some of the celebrity chef's most famous Cajun & Creole dishes including his BBQ Shrimp, Crawfish Boudin, and Banana Cream Pie.

Local music legend, Kermit Ruffins delivered an unforgettable headline performance, kicking off the night with his signature catch phrase “We partyin’ ya’ll!”

Voodoo priestesses roamed the party dabbing love and money potions on guests, and local fortune tellers held court in a candlelit wine cellar for anyone seeking a glimpse into their future.

Guests were also invited to sample a variety of Bourbons, curated by Emeril’s in-house expert, which paired nicely with the nearby gumbo and chowder station.

With a line around the block full of eager attendees, there was no better place to be in New Orleans!
