With over 20 years of experience in event production, Kim has experience in overseeing all facets of event management—from concept development to execution. She collaborates closely with clients to craft compelling event programs, managing agendas, run of show, budgets, production timelines, site selection, sponsorships, vendor coordination, and onsite logistics.
Kim ensures seamless integration of media, technology, and live experiences with a strategic approach to storytelling and content development. Her expertise spans speaker curation, scripting, screen content creation, film production, and audience engagement, bringing events to life through thoughtful planning and execution.
While working with a multitude of Fortune 500 to Fortune 100 companies and philanthropic organizations, Kim brings a keen understanding to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the event lifecycle. Her client work includes firms such as Apollo Global Management, The United Nations, The Rockefeller Foundation, Dartmouth College, Smart Cities New York, Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans, and The New York Times. She has also led experiential activations for brands such as Mastercard, Amazon, and William Reed Ltd.
Kim holds a degree in Marketing and Sports Management from the University of Miami, graduating with honors. Kim has a passion for fitness and when not working, you can find her at Orange Theory, running, rowing and strength training.
